SLOW FLOW
This all-levels class is a slow and steady vinyasa flow. We will focus on our breath, creative movement patterns, and proper alignment. You will leave this class feeling focused and strong.
WARM VINYASA FLOW
A grounding vinyasa created to help the nervous system soften and release the week. Breath-led movement and warming flows invite ease and presence, followed by a long, spacious savasana - allowing the practice to fully integrate, and carry you into the weekend.
CHAIR YOGA
A yoga practice adapted to meet the needs of many people that offers physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual benefits. We will focus on safely building personal awareness through breathwork, meditation, asanas (yoga poses), mudras (hand yoga), and self-massage techniques.
MOM AND BABY YOGA
A monthly mom and baby class where we will move, breathe, and be in community with our little one's by our sides. This class is best suited for babies 0-2 years old.
